Mubasher: KAMCO Investment has acquired interest in special purpose vehicles for $23.4 million, through which it has acquired the building of Abbott Laboratories Nutrition’s headquarter in the US, according to the company’s statement.

The value of the deal amounted to nearly $64 million, including the purchase price of approximately $58.6 million, in addition to the acquisition expenses and taxes which are expected to be around $5.4 million.
